The Construction Blueprint 2 training axis is designed to respond to the real needs of the sector through a practical and updated approach by promoting upskilling and reskilling of construction workers in the European Union.

On the one hand, it includes a training curriculum structured around the key competences identified as priorities to meet the current and future challenges faced by both VET Centres and Higher Education institutions in areas linked to:

Energy efficiency & renewable energy

Digitalisation & industrialisation

Green & sustainable construction

Transversal skills

Promotion of the attractiveness of the sector

On the other hand, the package incorporates an interactive map of good practices collected in the previous Blueprint, as well as other new ones identified in this Construction Blueprint 2 project.
